Call to Active Duty Program: The FY 2016 Call to Active Duty (CAD) Regular Army Program is available to selected Reserve (RC) and National Guard (NG) component officers. Special branches (CH, JA, and AMEDD) are not eligible under this program. FY 2016 CAD MILPER Message 16-272 will expire on 1 October 2017 and MILPER Message 17-052 which will expire on 7 July 2017. (All LTs, CPTs, and MAJs identified in this MILPER message should submit an application NLT 31 March 2017).
